walls
We use tongue and groove pine for our wall coverings and trim. They are stained or clear coated to your liking.
bathroom
The bathroom comes with a Delta shower kit, or a Delta shower/tub kit. Each bathroom also comes with one vanity/sink combo, delta fixtures, vanity light, toilet, exhaust fan, and ceiling mount light and gfi outlets.
plumbing
We use Delta fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. All plumbing in done to code by a licensed plumber. Waterlines are run in the ceiling to avoid freezing.
insulation
Our homes come with open cel insulation. We do make closed cel available in areas with extreme low temperatures.
hvac
We equip each of our homes with split units with ample BTU's to cover square footage of home. We also take into consideration the environment of the delivery location of the home. You will stay toasty in the winter and cool in the summer.
ceilings
We use tongue and groove pine on the ceilings. You can choose natural, or stained options.
kitchen
Kitchen comes with shaker cabinets from Home Depot, butcher block countertops, electric range/oven combo, vent hood, refrigerator, standard sink, recessed lighting, gfi outlets, and ample plugins. Some homes come with dishwasher depending on space. Other countertop options are available, but price may vary.
doors
All homes come with metal paintable exterior doors and 6 panel paintable composite interior doors (bedrooms, closets, bathrooms). Upgrades such as solid wood doors, barn doors, pocket doors, are available, but prices may vary.
exterior
Our homes come with smart siding which is paintable to your preferred color. We do use a moisture barrier house wrap as well as felt paper on roofs between metal roof and decking.
floors
We use LifeProof vinyl plank flooring from Home Depot in this series. Carpet and real hardwood flooring are available. Prices may vary.
lighting/electrical
We install ample recessed lighting or ceiling mount or both, ceiling fan in living area, 3 way switches in living/kitchen area, recessed or ceiling mount in bedrooms, washer/dryer hookup, exterior light by all exterior doors, exterior plug by all exterior doors, gfi outlets where required in kitchen & bathrooms.
windows
All of our homes come with 3030 Thermopane double pane windows. Homes equipped with transom windows or dormers are also double pane. Special sized windows can be added, but prices may vary.
building material
We build our homes with the best available materials. We use 2x6 treated floor joists (16 in centers), 4x6 treated skids. Our trusses are prefabricated with hurricane straps. Our subfloor is 3/4 interlocking advantech.
