Delivery is provided for all states, but the charge is determined by unit bought and location of delivery. We will include all fees in the contract for you to view.

ACJ builds the tiny home, but we do not handle making sure that the home your purchasing is permitted in the area your property is located in. Each customer should check with local zoning authorities to determine if tiny homes are allowed at your location. ACJ Built does not assume any liability for determining such. 

Our homes come with several warranties for several items and craftmanship, but once you sign the delivery and acceptance agreement, ACJ Built does not assume responsibility for issues arising from water, sewer, or electrical hook up or general wear and tear. 

Each state, county and city have specific building codes for on-site construction. We build our homes by IBC standards, and we build our homes according to the codes for your location. Prices may vary depending on code requirements. 

We do not offer in house financing or rent to own, but we have connections with several lenders that specialize in ADU's. If you want to pre-qualify, please wait until you have a written quote from ACJ (includes all taxes and delivery charges).

Your tiny home comes complete, but ACJ Built does not handle any on site tasks except blocking and leveling your home. It is customer's responsibility to connect home to water, sewer and power. It is also customer's responsibility to install any underpinning, porches, stairs, etc.
